I don't know the compatibilities, but I use redhat 6.2 that provides
docbook, the nwalsh stylesheets, jade, jadetex, etc. I only installed
sgmltools-lite-3.0.0.
I'm not sure, but I think the versions I have are the following:
* nwalsh stuff: 1.52
* ISO entities: ISO 8879.1986
* DocBook: 3.0
* jade: jade -v says ` Jade version "1.2.1", SP version "1.3.3" '
* jadetex: 2.7
