I am using Lyx 1.1.5fix1 on SuSE Linux with Docbook to generate ps and
html outputs

two problems:

I have to manually add "lang=fr" in the generated sgml file in order to
have "Table des matières" instead of ToC after db2html translation. This
could be linked to the Language of the document. 

I cannot have m superscript 3 (m^3) on printed or html pages.
