I've changed the document to docbook class with no luck. Now it doesn't
display the TOC even in kdvi. Where it should be the toc, there is...
<toc>
... and nothing more. As a side efect, some tex code
(\htmladdnormallink) doesn't work with docbook. I think I must look for
docbook related messages in the LyX Archive. If I find the answer I'll
post it here.
