Ahem, blush, how do I create the copyright symbol? I'm sure I don't have
my keyboard set up correctly, etc. In fact, for the trademark symbol (R),
I just cut and paste it from the User Guide. It's not on any of the
pulldown menus or math panel. Perhaps it should be?

Anyway, if you can enlighten this dumb American, I'd appreciate it.
