Change counter

Hello

I would like to know how to change the value of
an enumerated list. Here's an example:

1 value1
2 value2
3 value3
some text here
3 value4

I had tried to look in lyx-users archive but the
search part of the list is down, and I can't find
a solution on a TeX FAQ.
