I meant having two kinds of quotes for each language, normal and inner
ones (or alternate if you prefer). Then we would have two commands
quote-insert and inner-quote-insert. I thought that this is more
interesting that having double and single quotes. The quote popup
could then be used to define what these two types of quotes are, with
a reasonable default which depends on the language.
