I have yet to find a way to solve to following problem: how can I
access singe and double quotes at the same time? Sure, I can select
custom quotes from Layout/Quotes, but I can only choose either double
or single ones at a time.
For the guillemets there is a workaround; pick the single guillemets
from Layout/Quotes and use standard X keyboard mappings to access the
double guillemets. But that doesn't work for the quote characters
commonly used in German (they're in none of the 8bit iso encodings).
I browsed the reference manual, but there is only a 'quote-insert' for
the plain ascii quote (ugh); so... any ideas?
