On my Intel-RH-Linux 6.1 system (libc.so.6, libforms.so.0.89) LyX 1.0.4 crashes
always when I close the "insert [e]ps figure" dialog. Gdb tells me as

Is this a problem with LyX or with the forms library? Any idea to fix it?
