Yes you're right here and I answered this question already quite some times :)
We could insert a line into the UserGuide which explains this behaviour!
- Delete Row on the first row of a multirow-cell removes ALL of it (as you've
surely noticed ;)
- Delete Row on a row > 1 of a multirow-cell removes ONLY THAT row!
