If your University has a latex thesis.sty / thesis.cls you could may
be do a
\usepackage{thesis}
in your preample. I am no expert but something along those lines may be
available to you. You should consult the local Latex support person as
well as asking on the list as you will no doubt have other local
typesetting requirements that may all be solved by using local latex
classes/styles.
