Could anybody please apply the patch attached to bug 2660?:
http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2660 The patch requires that the files super.xpm, space.xpm, sub.xpm, style.xpm, delim.xpm, font.xpm are copied from trunk/lib/images/math to lyx-1.4.x/lib/images/math thanks in advance and regards Uwe
