Then C-x, C-c, and C-v.
This windows standard is accepted also by recent *nix applications
like ooffice. We have no reason to choose something special.
Indeed not. C-x and C-c work as expected, but paste is not so easy because
we have the internal clipboard (actually a stack of size 10 - does
anybody know how to use the other 9 positions?)
