A couple of years ago, I used a chat tool to communicate with my former 
girl-friend in order to save telephone fees (this was before the German 
telecom monopoly was cracked). It was a nightmare ... a long sequence of 
misunderstandings ... after about 15 minutes we switched back to the 
good old telephone :-)
