More precisely, I can see:
1.5: qt3, qt4, gtk and maybe xforms
1.6: qt4, gtk and maybe qt3.
What does it mean? Full-functioning frontends or some source code
available? Is it realistic that the gtk frontend will be ready for 1.5
given the limited man power?
Anyway, who/what stops us from dropping xforms right now? The xforms
discussion has raised a couple of times and according to my perception a
majority of people voted against xforms. Who is going to make the first
step?
