Scons/Msvc and debug mode

Bo,

I am trying to use the MSVC2005 debugger but it appears that the debug 
version of LyX was linked to QtCore4.dll and QtGui4.dll. This doesn't 
work, we need to link with QtCore4d.dll and QtGui4d.dll.
