incomplete clipboard fix.
although the "wrong" clipboard fix only affects windows, and then the
question is: what is to be preferred:
1. not being able to copy/past anything into lyx from outside
or
2. being able to copy/paste stuff into lyx while having (as a side
effect) the middle mouse button pastes and selection copies to clipboard
i would say 1 by a loooong stretch.
as an aside: i agree that this copy/paste stuff needs a proper fix
