although the "wrong" clipboard fix only affects windows, and then the
question is: what is to be preferred:
1. not being able to copy/past anything into lyx from outside
or
2. being able to copy/paste stuff into lyx while having (as a side
effect) the middle mouse button pastes and selection copies to clipboard
Actually there only one side effect: middle mouse (or both click at the
sane time) will paste what is in the clipboard regardless if it comes
from a lyx copy, a lyx mouse selection or an external copy. I like this
"side effect" very much. It looks to me like a feature. Why is this a
problem?
In any case, switching to the "wrong" fix is a one-liner with my patch.
