Why not indeed. If you want you could provide a patch to qt.m4 and scons
that will remove the QT3_SUPPORT.
It's just a removing, but wee hat to add everywhere define QT3_SUPPORT to the
files.
Only in the file that needs it. Then, once a file has been cleaned up,
we remove the define.
Attached some patches, which frees from QT3_SUPPORT.
Do you have SVN access yet? If not, I will take care of that.
