  I was referring to mouse scroll. Using keys is fast except when cursor 
arrives to bottom of window where it takes some time before moving the text.

  Not until now.

  The first time I tried to drag one chapter, lyx crashed.

lyx-qt4: TocModel.C:46: const lyx::frontend::TocIterator 
lyx::frontend::TocModel::tocIterator(const QModelIndex&) const: Assertion 
`map_it != toc_map_.end()' failed.

  I have not been able to reproduced it since then.
