Uwe, please suggest users to add the following line to lyx.bat: set LYX_LOCALEDIR=<LyXdir>/Resources/locale where <LyXdir> should be replaced by the path where LyX was installed. This is an interim solution as the bug has been identified and will be corrected. -- Enrico
