Confusion? Senility? I don't have easy access to the source code from my work
machine and there's no "viewsvn" on the LyX web site so you have to rely on my
fading memory?
Currently, the code appears to be broken on Windows,
so can I suggest you choose one of:
* change the comment to reflect working code
* change broken to working code to reflect the comment
* change both code and comment
