This is probably not what is supposed to be tested, but
the spellchecker fails "The spellchecker has failed! No word
lists can be found for the language "en"."
I have another LyX137 installed in another directory. Also
different preferences in different directories in Application data.
The spellchecker works (and has worked) with the older
version of LyX137 (not v3.). Maybe it has to do with changing
the location of the dictionary for Aspell .60. Aspell53 is installed.
Anyway I will test the new Win installer for LyX140.
