I thought that it was hardcoded in ERT, but I see now that that is not the

This is now bug 2178.

For now we should add the Standard layout. The question is: What happens with 
the other styles of stdletter.inc that are missing now (My_Address etc)? Do 
we need lyx2lyx support?
