For switching between documents, I opened the master document of my
book, started Shark, and switched between subdocuments until Shark
quit profiling (after 30 seconds).
For finding text and paging down, I opened a long document, started
Shark, and did a search (or paged down) repeatedly until Shark quit
profiling (after 30 seconds).
