TeX Info Patch

Hi Jürgen,

do you remember the tex info / bibtex patch that you produced a couple 
of weeks ago? You did not apply the patch to the CVS, because I said it 
breaks LyX on Windows.

Meanwhile, I found out that the regular crashes on the Windows platform 
are totally unrelated to your patch. Thus, I think you should commit it. 
IIRC, Lars, this patch fixes a real crash and some minor GUI problems. I 
think you should allow Jürgen to apply the patch even at this stage of 
development.
