LyXWin 1.3.6 - or the installer "super GAU"

Hi,
it may be a good idea to give a list of files in the
WiKi  LyX 1.3.6 for Windows that are needed
for running LyxWin, and tell people in advance that
they should first install MinSys, Python, MikTex,
Perl, Ghostscript, and ImageMagick.
