I wonder: Is "short title" _only_ for short titles, or is it a generic way
of adding an optional argument? The two concepts translate differently.
Currently it is only used in the first way.

However, the underlying concept is more general (the name of the tag for
layout Styles is "OptionalArgs").

My improved dinbrief.layout (http://wiki.lyx.org/Layouts/Dinbrief) uses
it e.g. for an alternative Name in the Closing style.

So IMHO "short title" should be given a more general name in all languages.

I considered translating "opt" with a word that means "short", now
I used "alt" (for alternative) instead. That is nice short tag, and
"alterntative" certainly describes a short title and more.
The insert menu still have "short title" in english, so the Norwegian
translation says the same.
