Translation of layout files

JMarc,

AFAICS you have introduced "LabelString"s in layout files. E.g.,
 Style NameRowA
   ...
   LabelString           NameRowA:
   ...
 End

The result is that the po files are flooded with "Style" _and_ 
"LabelString" messages at the same time :-(

Shouldn't we remove all "Style" entries from the po files? Have you 
checked that all Styles actually have a LabelString?
