Sometimes one want to merge two paragraphs of text by deleting
the separation (i.e. "deleting" what "enter" originally caused.)

This works fine with backspace: Position cursor at the start of the
second paragraph, press backspace once, and the paragraphs
are merged into one. At least if both are "standard" text.

One expects that putting the cursor at the end of the first paragraph
and pressing "delete" should do exactly the same, but it doesn't.

Consistency here is user-friendly. Few people use both "delete" and
"backspace" like I do, most use one or the other. Those used to
"delete" will have a harder time.

This is not a regression, as lyx1.3 has the same problem. Still, if
it happens to be simple . . .
If it is hard, consider it a wishlist thing.
