Not really, it's a bit more complicated than that. Unfortunately Qt
makes this REALLY hard. You'd need to investigate the code in
frontends/qt2/ that chooses the default fonts and work out why it's
picking what it's picking.

In particular, you might not have a standard "Sans Serif" alias.
