since the translators have to fix a number of text messages for LyX 1.3.6 anyway, I think it is the right time to make some other cosmetic changes.
... and here comes the corresponding update to de.po (1.3.6 branch).
Please note that most differences result from the removal of the fork dialog, not from the text message changes!
