The tex2lyx.exe alone seems not to work. I guess that the package is somewhat incomplete.
The following worked for me: --Edit->Preferences->Converters->LaTeX to LyX: tex2lyx -f $$i --The file tex2lyx from the Linux package in LyX\bin and the test from the lyx2lyx win package. Ekkehart
