Yep... there's an error on how the scrollbar size and jump amount are
computed. But since what we have now is just a rough approximation...
there's no use in fine-tuning it.
I thought that you were saying that the scrollwheel didn't do anything at
all and I didn't see this.

I didn't touch pgdown/pgup yet so I have to decline the compliment ;-).
Jokes aside, this is to be expected (we don't have coordinates outside the
shown screen so sh** happends when we try to use them), I'll try to solve
this in a general way when I get some time.
