Because options was implmented different from the other params and plain cdata does not cut it. I need <![CDATA[ ]]> for it. I am not sure that I like the un-typed params at all, and I am thinking about changing them to separate elements. | >> <!-- layout should of course have been a IDREF to the layouts actually --> >> <!-- found in the different textclasses. But I agree that you should be able to view a document that you don't have the layout for. So to make that work you would have to distribute the xml for the textclass inline in the document. Let's think a bit more about this one. There would be a common dtd for all the layout. > >> <!-- I really want the layout to be a NMTOKEN so we should change the --> >> <!-- layout files a bit so that there are no spaces in layout names. --> >> <!-- (Lgb) --> > | But there are no layout with spaces in its name. At least none that we | distribute, and I don't think we support them. Hmmm... when I change CDATA to NMTOKEN now it validates.... that wasn't always the case. Well NMTOKEN it is. > >> <!ELEMENT paragraph (#PCDATA | font | foot | marginal | note | >> latexcommand | quotes | labelwidthstring | accent | tabular | >> vspace | newline | ert | formula | formulamacro | graphics >> | bibitem | float | optarg | specialchar | space | paragraph)*> > | IMHO, although now it is implemented as an inset the optarg should be a | paragraph parameter. I doesn't make sense any other way. Our internal format does not make that easy. | Also since you have here the new line don't we miss the page break, aka | newpage? My test document is not good enough. -- Lgb
