The Browse button should bring you in the directory where your current
choice of bindings lives. So it is a bit less misleading than you
think ;)

I think that for consistency we should use the same dialogs
everywhere. It would not make much sense to use the aqua dialogs for
everything but open/save, would it? 

An alternative would be to add a (UIless?) pref to govern that. Then
user will be able to chose what they prefer. Currently the choice is
only possible at building time.
