Good question. I have a vague suspicion that it isn't, but have no Icelandic
installation to check it on. This is straight from the author of the patch
(earlier in the list) who presumably checked it.
I won't be able to get to my job machine for quite a while, and this webmail is
horrible. So please sort the quote thing out if it causes problems.
