Sure! That's even more work! Not only let the user decide whether to use <programlisting> or <screen> on a case-by-case basis for each code snippet in the document, but also whether to use linenumbering, what type of line numbering, starting line etc etc. Looks like a lot of work for you - that contradicts with the tight timetable, doesn't it? ;) If it is easy for you, then you can do it - otherwise, it is not crucial for now. > ~/.lyx/layouts/docbook.layout > > notice the extra "layouts" directory. > Indeed, I had it with "layouts" in the path, but I misspelled it.
