Ok. I have commited the changes that make all the paragraph have the id of the first label. The code now is more general than what we had before and also cleaner. I have disabled anchors inside the paragraphs although they there is no problem with the xml convertion path. Later if needed this could be turned on only for xml with just one line. I have now both sgml and xml working paths.
