  Interestingly I think that we should not, even for docbook it is interesting 
to leave that as an open possibility. That will allow us to play with the 
role attribute.

  For a long time and I think that we have now a chance to do it right. I 
would like that this patch, or some evolution of it to be committed.

  I think that sometimes our desire to get it perfect (as you honestly 
recognize) is in our way to features we want.
