Correct. Umm, I was thinking \special{background rgb 0.980 0.941 0.902}
(and \special{color rgb rr gg bb}), but I wrote something different.
This is what is produced by the dvips color driver in color.sty (and
is understood by dvipng). I _will_ amend the documentation.
