I think "comment" should stay as the name of the LaTeX environment. I don't care about "note". Did you read the (qt) tooltips? - Note: "LyX internal only" - Comment: "Export to LaTeX but don't print" - Greyed out: "Print as grey text" I think this is pretty clear. Juergen.
