It still has problems with nested lists and 'deeper' stuff AFAIK. I do not want to waste too much time on that issue as I believe all problems magically go away once lists are proper insets. The pros and cons are as usual. "soon" means "new features for users, but extra hacks to make it work", "later" means "put users on a hold, but no wasted work".
