I could not find a problem by doing exactly what Angus described.
May be of diffrent versions / configurations ? I am using the xform version
1.2.x supplied with SuSE 8.1.

Had some problems with the installation of thr Qt based version binaries. It
could not find the libqt.so.3. There is only a libqt-mt.so.3.05.
Linking to that one does not work.

But I am happy with what I have so far :-)
