How nice you are, Angus, doing things like this for me! Well worth of one box of beers! Anyhow I need to know how to call insets such as footnote and tables from the current bufferview, i.e., I like to have "(current bufferview)->(inset)->x()" or "...->getLyXText(..)->x()", or something like that.
