With your encouragement(?), I've changed my mind and will send the patch to the xforms mailing list. Attached is the patch(xforms-1.0-xim.patch). I've also attached CJK-LyX patch (CJK-LyX-1.3.0pre2-patch) to this email for test. The patch is against lyx-1.3.0pre2. Feedbacks are welcome, especially from the Japanese and Chinese input users.
