Why? Session management is doable by encoding stuff in URLs. No cookies
needed.

H***, _I_ wanted to file a bugreport and was not able to accomplish that
within almost half an hour or so. Now I know that I have to a tendency to
behave stupidly, but as I use bugzilla from time to time to read bug
reports I would have expected that this would not take more than three
minutes.
