It doesn't require email addresses -> useless bug reports
It requires manual intervention to get feedback -> pain in the butt for us
Its search is nowhere near good enough.
It provides no way to assign bugs (I know jug at least uses this)
I don't see where you can add comments or ask to be CCed on changes.

Basically, it's a joke of a bug system. It's not much better than
sourceforge's.

Exactly ! I always said when we introduced a bug system that it would be
optional, and it has remained so.
