Yes, I figured that :). But how can I poll this info in FormParagraph.C::FormParagraph::update() ? I need something like: LyXAlignment default = controller().<tell_me_the_default_alignment> Does something like this exist? If not, how and where should it be? Or is this the wrong way to go? Rob.
