Another argument against it: if you accidentally move one level too much in it goes ALL the way back - very annoying. e.g. 1. ssdsadsadsad (a) sdsadsadsd i. sadsadsadsadsad <--- depth-increment here (b) csacdsc (c) sacsacsacsac and you end up with : 1. ssdsadsadsad (a) sdsadsadsd 2. sadsadsadsadsad (a) csacdsc (b) sacsacsacsac Which would be a VERY odd thing to want to do, and it certainly confusing. regards john
