For the feature as such? As I said, once the infrastructure is ready, two months should be sufficent, certainly for the "non-style changes". You do not have to pay for things you have not ordered, so I can't see how it can be "too expensive". The question is whether the Crew can finish the infrastructure work two months before your deadline. Was that November?
